Barack Obama Has a Disturbing Anti-American Trend

In today’s 24-hour cable news cycle, and with thousands of Internet headlines being beamed at us day and night it’s easy to forget news stories from just a few months ago.
That’s why I feel it necessary to put together archives of related news stories from time to time. Not only is it important to be reminded of news stories that may have faded from the memory of some, but it’s also important to identify trends.
Trends tend to be pretty good predictors of the future and anytime that a massively important decision is being weighed it’s good to have as much information as possible.
That’s exactly the situation we find ourselves in right now as we’re moving closer and closer to the general election where it appears Barack Obama will be the presidential nominee for the Democratic Party. So without further adieu, I bring you a compilation of stories about Barack Obama and some of the trends we’re seeing from this man whom so many are swooning over.
Obama refuses to wear an American flag pin on his suit.
Michelle Obama says she hasn’t been proud of America.
Obama campaign office displays a flag of communist leader Che Guevara.
Barack’s mentor is a member of the Communist Party.
Maybe it’s just me, but I’m beginning to see an anti-American trend here.
I’m especially disturbed by Michelle Obama’s comments about not being proud of America as an adult until now. Now I’m younger than Michelle Obama, but I can tell you that during my adult life I’ve been proud of America numerous times.
Every time I am reminded about what America did in fighting Nazi Germany in WW2 I’m proud. When I read about America abolishing slavery, fighting tyranny, standing up for human rights, and the fact that we are a nation under God, I’m overcome with the pride of being an American.
When I see free nations around the world following in America’s footsteps of Democracy, making their way down the path of liberty that was forged with the blood of Americans, I am proud to be an American!
I’m appalled that Michele Obama would make such a statement and everyone else who is proud to be an American should be troubled as well. The sad part, is this seems to be part of a trend of anti-Americanism by the Obama family.

I think there is enough about Obama’s policies to eliminate him from our consideration as POTUSA. Why do we need to concoct some elaborate conspiracy? Cobbling together a bunch of minor stories doesn’t make a major trend; it just brings all the missteps and unfortunate circumstances from someone’s life together to try to defend some conspiracy theory. I do agree that Michelle Obama’s comments were unfortunate. I think we have perhaps blown them out of proportion. I’m quite confident that, if pressed, she would admit that she has been proud of America on a number of occasions in her adult lifetime.

I don’t know that these are minor stories my friend…
We’re electing the leader of our nation and he refuses to associate himself with the flag? He doesn’t like to put his hand over his heart during the national anthem? His mentor growing up was an ardent Communist? His wife isn’t proud of America?
This is the kind of blame America attitude that the far far left embraces, and I don’t think it resonates with mainstream Americans let alone conservatives!

He doesn’t refuse to associate himself with the flag; he chooses not to wear a flag pin. I make the same choice. The news article you linked to points out that most of the candidates make the same choice.
I don’t usually put my hand over my heart during the singing of the national anthem either. In fact, I didn’t even know that was part of the flag code until I looked it up. I always just stand at attention.
I won’t go so far as to say that his childhood mentor didn’t affect his current policies, but I don’t know how much choice in the matter of who his mentor would be.
And, as I said, I’m not sure we fully understand Mrs. Obama’s motives or context in making her comment.

Did you actually read the articles before posting them? The direct quotes by Barack Obama are nothing other than patriotic. As for his wife’s statements, I have not been proud of the way that we have conducted ourselves as it pertains to the Iraq war. Not only our qovernment, but the citizens of it that do not support our troups. We have not cut down our gas usage or made efforts to conserve. We have not rallied behind those that are risking their lives, many for a cause that they do not even support. I recommmend that next time you choose credible resources that support your ideas or you my find yourself looking a little “New York Time-ish”.

Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, ‘He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.’
Obama’s political handlers are attempting to make it appear that that he is not a radical.
Obama’s introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son’s education. However, Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama’s mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta.
Wahabism is the RADICAL teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against th e western world. Since it is politically expedient to be a CHRISTIAN when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background. ALSO, keep in mind that when he was sworn into office he DID NOT use the Holy Bible, but instead the Koran.
Barack Hussein Obama will NOT recite the Pledge of Allegiance nor will he show any reverence for our flag. While others place their hands over their hearts, Obama turns his back to the flag and slouches. Do you want someone like this as your PRESIDENT?
Let us all remain alert concerning Obama’s expected presidential candidacy.
The Muslims have said they plan on destroying the US from the inside out, what better way to start than at the highest level - through the President of the United States, one of their own!

No one can control who their parents are.
Barack Obama is not a Muslim, he is a Christian.
We are not at war with the Muslim community, we are at war with the radical TERRORISTS who inflict pain and suffering on innocent people.
Barack also did not use the Koran when sworn into office, that is a lie.
Don’t buy into the fear they feed you. The media exaggerate the facts and the conservative base EXPECT you to vote on emotion. Research the facts and spread the truth.

I’m shocked there are some people who feel this way. The man is running to be the LEADER of America, he should have the most patriotism out of anyone. Yet, he’s excused from participating and respecting the American flag. Our country’s symobl. I guess my question is why wouldn’t he want to show his love for America in the first place? Unless, he’s a phony.
