CO2 emissions may not be as big of problem as Al Gore thinks! (Beef Eaters Against Climate Change may be in jeapardy!)

Attention Global Warming/Climate Change Fanatics: “You can go outside and spit and have the same effect as doubling carbon dioxide.”

Read all about it right here.

Unfortunately this puts a kink into my plans for organizing a group to deal with the CO2 emission crisis. It’s called “Beef Eaters Against Climate Change” and to join the group you must slaughter, butcher, and eat at least one cow per week. Steak at every meal. Cow skin clothing and bed sheets and bath towels. It’s the least we can do to fight excessive CO2 being released naturally from cows. Tonight I’m having rib-eye and fillet mignon with a side of ground beef.

With a diet like that, you might not be around long enough to affect climate change.

I don’t know if global warming is a man-made phenomenon or not, but conservatives can’t seem to get their story straight. Some are saying that there is no global warming (e.g. the article you just posted), while others are saying that global warming does exist but it is the result of solar activity (e.g. the video you linked to a couple of months ago). Which is it? Or does it not matter, just as long as the “tree-hugging liberals” are wrong?

Actually, doesn’t the article I linked to suggest that the earth is in fact warming but that it has been going on since the 1800’s when we came out of a little ice age?

You’re right, conservatives do seem to come up with all sorts of evidence against man-made global warming. I think the point I try to make is that we’re not really sure and that in the grand scheme of so many other problems it’s really silly to worry about.

Sometimes we just have to play some defense against the wackos who want to make environmentalism the biggest priority of all.

It does say that, but it also says, “there has been little or no warming since about 1940.” This is what I’m talking about. The same article seems to be arguing two contradictory points.
